Kitchen Island Renovation & Living Room Redo: Belle Meade, Nashville, TN
~ Clients love their traditional home and wanted the Kitchen details to fit the rest of the home. The existing range hood and island were far too rustic and the island was also too small for the space. A custom brass range hood replaced the existing one and a new island was designed to give more seating and to upgrade the Kitchen's look.
The Living Room furniture was a bit too oversiszed and casual for the space, so the redo has made a big impact and clients love to entertain now!

Basement Renovation: Kingston Springs, TN
~ Opium Den & Boudoir: Clients wanted their basement to be a place to retreat and relax at the end of the day. They love New Orleans and wanted the space to have some of that vibe. In the Boudoir, we created a desk workspace where an unsightly closet had been to do double duty as an office on work-at-home days. The space has all the vibes of a swanky hotel without having to leave home. Mission accomplished!

Nag Champa: A 940 sqf. condo transformation in the heart of downtown Nashville

~ When I met my client, she had just moved into her new condo, and was ready for a whole new look. She said she wanted her space to "feel like Nag Champa smells". Home Office Makeover: A historical home in East Nashville, TN
~ My client was ready to upgrade from her collegiate office furniture to a cleaner more sophisticated look. De-cluttering all unnecessary items was the first step. I designed a custom desk table and floating shelves to fully utilize all available space in an odd nook under the stairwell. The industrial metal double file cabinet was also custom made to fit the space. Adding wall sconces and a small chandelier really enhanced the overall lighting and feel of the space as well.

Girl's Bedroom & Crafts Room Makeover

~ Client's daughter is 10 and had outgrown the little girl's aesthetic her bedroom had been. She loves to do art and crafts and needed a space to have as her own to play and create in. She is lovingly encouraged by her mother, whose also an artist and elementary school art teacher. We used both her and her mother's art to create the art collage on her walls. A local artist created the original artwork that we turned into a wallpaper mural behind her bed.

Removing the clunky door to the now converted closet allows for better flow between spaces.

Guest Bathroom Makeover : West End, Nashville, TN
~ My clients' 3 children had all grown and left home, so they were ready to transform what had been their childrens' bathroom into a stunning guest bathroom. A wall and door had divided the vanity sink from the toilet and bath, and removing that wall totally opened up the space. Natural stone tile was used for the floor and shower stall, a framless glass enclosure really shows off the beautiful tile and modern-vintage style bath hardware. A console cabinet was used to create the vanity cabinet, complete with vessel sinks and wall mounted faucets.

Tween Girl's Bedroom: Franklin, TN

~ Divorce is not easy on kids, and sometimes a child's bedroom may feel like a campsite when the time is split between both parents and neither space feels permanent. My client's desire was to give his daughter a room she really loved and that made her feel like she was (almost) all grown up. It was fun to get the daughter's ideas for her room while working within the father's budget, and still create a fabulous space for her to grow and dream in.
